Well, well, well. I can answer but one question. Which seems to trouble your mind. The reason people vote so harshly, is because their brains are incapable of taking a time to vote at a proper, and responsible rate. Instead of having the patience to decide what is the right vote, they get carried away either with happiness, or anger. More of the calm, and subtle humans are capable of patience, and don't get carried away with their emotions. Either that, or they're too lazy to vote a 1 or 4.
